The plugin is compatible with the internationalisation system of WordPress. I always release the latest French (France) translation of the plugin and many other users send me their translations to other languages.

To add a translation to the plugin, just drop the enhanced-recent-posts-XX.mo file (where XX is the language code) in the plugin directory and it should work (providing your website is already ready for internationalisation).

To download the language files, please visit the language repository. Files are organised by plugin version (choose the one closer to the version you are using), then by language code (for instance fr_FR for French language spoken in France) and finally by character set.

If you would like to offer a translation, you can download the POT file from the language repository, translate the messages using a text editor and send me your new file after testing. I will put it online as soon as possible.
